Every NerveCalm purchase — whether 1 bottle or 6 — comes with our industry-leading 180-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied with the product, your results, or your experience, simply return the unused portion (or even empty bottles) within 180 days of your original purchase date and we'll refund 100% of your purchase price.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact our support team by email at support@beneonature.com or by phone at +1 (877) 286-4137. Let us know your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive your return instructions — we'll email you a return authorization with the address to send your bottles back to.
3. Ship the product back (including any empty bottles you have). Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
4. Get your full refund within 48 hours of our warehouse receiving your return. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

What's Refundable

Your full purchase price is refundable, including the cost of the bottles plus any small shipping fees you paid (1-bottle starter pack). Free bonuses included with 6-bottle orders are yours to keep regardless of whether you request a refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so you can confirm delivery to our warehouse. NerveCalm is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Refund Processing Time

Once our warehouse receives your returned product, refunds are processed within 48 business hours. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. International cards may take longer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost — you won't need to return the damaged item.

Replacements

If you'd prefer a replacement rather than a refund (for example, if you received the wrong product or it arrived damaged), we're happy to arrange that. Just mention this when you contact our support team.

Subscription Cancellations

NerveCalm is sold as one-time orders only. There are no auto-renewing subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no cancellation fees to worry about. Each order is independent.
