We work hard to get your NerveCalm order shipped quickly, securely, and with the care you'd expect. This page explains how the shipping process works.

Sent by email as soon as your package ships
All NerveCalm orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders received on weekends or major US holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping notification when your package leaves our warehouse.
NerveCalm ships from our Florida fulfillment center via trusted premium carriers including USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery windows after shipping:

The 1-bottle Starter Pack includes a small shipping fee calculated at checkout. The 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs ship for FREE to all US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@beneonature.com. We can only update your shipping address if your order has not yet been processed for fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If you still can't locate the package, contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged packages, please send photos of the damage to our support email within 48 hours of delivery.
At this time, NerveCalm ships only to addresses within the United States and its territories. We do not currently fulfill international orders. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.
